Mum, missing you, all I have now are memories. The chats we had about football and the results, especially when our teams were playing each other, the smile on your face when I said saints had won, as you always expected them to lose.
The look of disbelief on your face when we opened the door at Imber Avenue all those years ago, no carpets, no electric, no water, no heating, then all of us cramming into your house for 3 days on 21st Dec 1992, with jazzy only 21 days old.
Hearing you call me Stephen, knowing that I was in trouble in some way or other, none more so than when I forgot to bring you a mug from the German market in 2016.
The smile when you saw the grandchildren and most recently the great grandchild.
The beaming smile when we arrived with a ball of white fluff Tiggr after just collecting him and then Kanga and Buzz.
There are so many memories that I have, the trip to Florida and Blackpool and many more i will treasure them all.
You are at peace now.
Love you mum
Steve
